Cancellation policy

Unless otherwise advised, we require 12 hours notice to cancel a booking. Cascade Limousine reserves the right to invoice the customer with a charge (no less than the minimum charge applicable to the vehicle booked) unless a cancellation has been received no less than 12 hours before the vehicle is due to be dispatched.
